Summary

In the proposed article, the authors traced the historical path of formation of the Typik of Fr. Isidore of Dolnytskyi and the symbolic formation of Vespers as a service of the daily circle in the context of the formation of the liturgical charter of the Tradition of the Eastern Church according to the above-mentioned Typicon. The cause-and-effect relationship between the sequence of individual parts of the Evening is outlined. The development of the structural parts of Vechirna in accordance with the current statute in the historical environment of the Kyiv Church, which at the end of the 16th century, was considered in detail and in stages. restored unity with the Apostolic See. On the basis of the available sources, a thorough description and analysis of the bibliography on which the Typik is actually based was carried out. A detailed description of the general content and structuring of the Typik of Fr. Isidor Dolnytskyi. It was established that the Typik of Isidora Dolnytskyi is currently the best statutory regulator of religious services in the UGCC. Nevertheless, it is quite obvious that liturgical practice and the development of liturgical theology require a new rethinking of the statute, and in particular the publication of the Typicon, for which the Typikon Fr. Dolnytskyi can serve as an excellent «foundation». A typical of Isidore Dolnytskyi was written at the end of the 19th century. illuminates the historical and liturgical state of the UGCC at that time, when many Latin practices entered the Church and were even established at the legislative level, and on the other hand, an effort to thoroughly learn its own tradition and rite began. I. Dolnytsky skillfully balances between two extremes – fanatical implementation of the letter of the law, or complete simplification of the statute. However, he gained great popularity among the clergy and became the official Typik of the UGCC. However, a critical analysis shows that despite the undeniable great merits of this edition, a new rethinking of the liturgical and theological heritage of the UGCC is needed, taking into account the latest liturgical studies, and as a result, this is a perspective and a field for further research. The types of Vechirna and their structural division, which is depicted in a visual table, are presented, and an analysis of the symbolism of individual parts of Vechirna is carried out.
