AI Policy

AI Policy

The editorial board of the journal recognizes that artificial intelligence (AI) tools can be used by authors to support scientific activity. However, the use of such tools must comply with the principles of academic integrity, transparency and responsibility.

Reviewers are prohibited from using AI to evaluate the content of the article or generate the text of reviews.

Editors are not allowed to upload manuscripts to artificial intelligence tools in order to protect the confidentiality of authors and their intellectual property.

AI is allowed to be used for: language editing, grammar and style checking; text translation; structuring of material; idea generation, subject to further independent scientific processing.

It is prohibited to: submit a fully AI-generated text as the author’s scientific result; use AI to fabricate data, research results or sources; violate copyright; enter confidential or unpublished data into AI systems without proper permission.

Authors should report the use of AI tools in the manuscript (for example, in the Acknowledgements section or a separate statement). Example of wording: “During the preparation of the manuscript, the author(s) used artificial intelligence tools for linguistic editing of the text. All scientific ideas, interpretations and conclusions belong to the authors”.

AI tools cannot be listed as co-authors of the article.

The authors are fully responsible for the content of the article. The use of AI does not exempt them from responsibility for the accuracy, reliability and originality of the material.

In case of violations, the editorial board reserves the right to: reject the manuscript; withdraw an already published article; notify the author’s institution of a violation of academic integrity.
